The first women’s volleyball league in the Kingdom starts today

The first women’s volleyball league in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will begin today, Thursday.

It is scheduled to host the Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University Hall in Riyadh, the first match of the first group of the women’s volleyball championship.

The Phoenix team faces the Elite one in the first group of the first edition of the women’s volleyball league in Saudi Arabia.

Meanwhile, the second match between the Al-Nasr and Link teams is taking place, amid high-level precautionary and preventive measures to preserve the health and safety of everyone.

The qualifiers stage will run from 5 to 21 August, starting from Riyadh and then Jeddah, to conclude in the Eastern Province, with the participation of many teams from the three regions.

The Women’s Volleyball League competition includes teams; Ocean, Al-Ettifaq Academy, Flamingo, Jeddah Technology, Swift, Eastern Summits, Al-Ettifaq Club, Blue Jays 1, Blue Jays 2, and Blue Clickers.

It is noteworthy that two teams will qualify from the qualifiers for each region, after which the final stage of the tournament will start on September 9 in Riyadh, with the participation of 6 teams from all regions.
