Saudi Planning Minister reviews the most prominent projects related to SDAIA

The Saudi Minister of Economy and Planning, Mr. Faisal Al-Ibrahim, recently visited the headquarters of the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA) located in Riyadh.

 

During his meeting with the President of ” SDAIA“, Dr. Abdullah Al-Ghamdi, the minister discussed projects related to data and artificial intelligence.

 

The Director of the National Information Center, Dr. Essam Al-Waqeet, and some officials attended the meeting.

 

The minister toured SDAIA’s headquarters and was briefed on the roles of the Smart Cities Operations Center and the national platform for smart cities. These are vital sectors in the Kingdom.

 

Al-Ibrahim was briefed on the most significant measures taken by “SDAIA” to strengthen the Kingdom’s position as a global center that makes the benefits of data and artificial intelligence a reality.

 

SDAIA has developed an innovative national infrastructure, enabling digital transformation to achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
