Saudi National Day 2025: Discover Special Products & Collections
Saudi Arabia is gearing up for its 95th National Day, falling on September 23, 2025. This special day is marked by nationwide festivities that emphasize Saudis’ pride in their national identity.
On this day, Saudi citizens across the Kingdom celebrate with parades, firework displays and entertainment shows. They also adorn the streets with Saudi flags, and light up the buildings in green.
Saudis mark this day by proudly wearing traditional garments and exchanging gifts and souvenirs, in a strong show of their generosity and connection to the nation’s rich past.
To mark the occasion, many local brands release special products that highlight Saudi national identity.
Saudi National Day
On September 23, 1932, King Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman Al Saud issued a royal decree announcing the unification of Najd and Hejaz into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with Riyadh as its capital, Arabic as its official language and Quran as its constitution.
The first celebration of the Saudi National Day took place in 1965, under King Faisal bin Abdulaziz. Then, it became an official holiday in 2005, under a royal decree by King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.
This year, the significant national occasion is celebrated under the theme “Our Pride is in Our Nature,” reflecting Saudi Arabia’s core values and qualities that have shaped Saudis’ identity throughout the centuries.
