Saudi Minister of Communications Boosts Digital Economy with US Deputy Secretary of State
Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology Abdullah Al-Swaha met with US Deputy Secretary of State Kurt Campbell in Washington on Friday, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Al-Swaha and Campbell discussed ways and mechanisms to foster the bilateral cooperation in the digital economy sector.
They delved into the pivotal role of the modern technologies and policies that can enhance the research, development, and innovation between Saudi Arabia and the US.
The meeting was part of Al-Swaha’s visit to the US in order to boost the bilateral coordination and supporting the growth of Saudi’s digital economy.
