The Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Mohammed bin Salman, has been named the Most Influential Arab Leader for the year 2024, according to a poll conducted by RT Arabic.
In a landslide win, the Saudi Crown Prince garnered 16998 out of 31166 votes, accounting for 54.54% of respondents. The RT Arabic poll took place from December 23, 2024 until January 8, 2025.
With this result, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman won the “Most Influential Arab Leader” for the fourth year in a row. This title underscores the Saudi Crown Prince’s status as an influential leader in the Arab world.
Throughout 2024, the Saudi Crown Prince spearheaded efforts to bring peace and stability to the Middle East and the wider region, by leading regional and global efforts to end crises and alleviate humanitarian suffering.
Under the leadership of King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Saudi Arabia has emerged as a key diplomatic player in leading endeavors to reach an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, stop Israeli aggression in Lebanon, and end the conflict in Sudan.
These efforts included the creation of the Global Alliance for the Implementation of the Two-State Solution, hosting the joint Arab-Islamic Follow-up Summit, and rallying countries to recognize the State of Palestine, in a push to reach a two-state solution that ends the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
Furthermore, Saudi Arabia emphasized its support for the peoples of Palestine, Lebanon, Syria and Sudan, stressing the need for de-escalation, and enabling humanitarian access to help people in need.
On the domestic front, the Saudi Crown Prince has continued the implementation of his ambitious Vision 2030, driving reforms and mega-projects that aim to diversify the Kingdom’s economy and establish its position among the world’s most advanced countries.
