The Transport General Authority (TGA) announced that the delivery sector in Saudi Arabia recorded 79.6 million orders during the first quarter of 2025. This figure represents a remarkable 22% increase compared to the same period last year. The Riyadh region accounted for approximately 44.7% of total delivery orders during the first quarter. Following Riyadh, Makkah contributed 22.4%, while the Eastern Province represented 15.5% of the total orders. Other regions, including Madinah, Asir, and Qassim, recorded smaller percentages, showcasing varying demand across the Kingdom.
Madinah recorded 4.5% of total orders, while Asir accounted for 3.4%. Qassim contributed 2.8%, and Tabuk represented 1.8%. Both Hail and Jazan registered 1.6% each. Al-Jouf recorded a growth rate of 0.7%, Najran 0.6%, Northern Borders Region 0.5%, and Al-Baha 0.2%.
