Saudi Arabia presents a play of “Abdul Halim Hafez” in Riyadh

Turki Al-Sheikh opened on Monday, on the Boulevard, Riyadh, the premiere of the play “Who Is My Beloved” By the late artist Abdel Halim Hafez.

The play started at 8:00 p.m, it lasted for three hours. The events of the play focus around Abdel Halim’s biography and the story of his search for his sweetheart.

The theatrical production, directed by Khairy Beshara and starring Egyptian actors, was created in London under the supervision of British and Arab specialists.

The theatre, which seats 100 people, features a hall with rare and unusual holdings of Abdel Halim Hafez, which was presented for the first time, as well as a café with rare Abdel Halim Hafez photographs.

For his part, the head of the Entertainment Authority confirmed that the theatrical show will dazzle the world.

He added that the show will not be less than any play held on Broadway or any International Show,

The opening took place in the presence of the late artist’s family.
