Saudi Arabia licensees 68 new factories with investments of SAR 735 million during November

Saudi Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources announced that 68 new industrial licenses were awarded in November, with a total investment of 735 million riyals.

According to data released by the National Center for Industrial and Mining Information, the number of certified workers for new companies has risen to 1902.

The center also stated that 64 factories began production in November 2021, creating 5,432 employment.

According to the report, the total number of existing factories in the Kingdom reached roughly 10,253 thousand at the end of November, compared to 10,216 at the end of the previous month and 9.63 thousand in November 2020.

The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, through the National Center for Industrial and Mining Information, publishes the most important industrial indicators monthly, which explain the nature of industrial activity in the Kingdom.
