Dr. Faisal Ghulam, Saudi Ambassador to Brazil, represented Saudi Arabia at the bicentennial celebration of the Plurinational State of Bolivia‘s independence.
The commemorative event took place in Sucre, where Bolivian President Luis Arce received dignitaries and representatives from numerous countries and diplomatic missions.
