Prince Faisal bin Bandar to Inaugurate Virtual Forum for Employment of Orphans
His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdul Aziz, Governor of Riyadh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Charitable Society for the Care of Orphans, “Insan”, will inaugurate the virtual forum for the employment of orphans, under the slogan “Self-Made.”
A number of government and private agencies will participate in supporting this forum, including the Jusoor Development Group for Consulting and Development; the Human Resources Fund (Hadaf); the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training; the Sub-Specialized Council for Orphan Associations; the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises “Monshaat”, and the Chamber of Commerce in Riyadh.
The Director of the “Insan” Association, Sami Al-Zaidan, explained that this forum will include the launch of the “national platform for the rehabilitation and employment of orphans, “which aims to offer job opportunities in the private sector and to register in it.”
The forum also includes organizing courses to qualify and train beneficiaries of orphan care associations in all regions of the Kingdom in line with the requirements of the labor market.
Furthermore, it also provides advisory and guidance sessions for job seekers, and an opportunity to organize effective partnerships with training and employment agencies to support the beneficiaries.
He added that the platform enables beneficiaries in all regions to register employment applications and attach their CVs, and companies and institutions in the private sector will display the jobs available to them and the means of application and communication with them.
The forum includes organizing qualitative workshops for job seekers in cooperation with the authorities and expertise in the field of training and qualifying human resources in various sectors. The forum also includes the establishment of a forum in which working papers from specialists in various sectors will be presented.
