Noor Riyadh 2025 has illuminated the stc Metro Station with a stunning, specially curated light show, allowing passengers to pass by or stop at 60 light-based artworks by 59 artists from 24 countries around the world, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
Themed “In the Blink of an Eye,” the fifth edition seeks to showcase a wide spectrum of artistic and cultural expressions that mirror this year’s fresh trends of the festival.

The light show brought together several cultural, media, and diplomatic figures, international artists and curators, along with representatives of local and international media.
Notably, Noor Riyadh 2025 festival is curated under the supervision of Japanese curator Mami Kataoka, Saudi curator Sara Almutlaq, and Chinese curator Li Zhenhua, showcasing works that reflect the harmony between traditional architecture and Riyadh’s contemporary urban landscape.

Set to run until December 6, the festival will showcase 60 unique light installations crafted by 59 artists from 24 countries.
Moreover, it spans six key locations across Riyadh, as follows:
- The Al-Hukm Palace District
- King Abdulaziz Historical Center
- stc Metro Station
- King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) Station
- Al Faisaliah Tower
- The JAX District in Diriyah

Since its launch in 2021, Noor Riyadh has attracted more than 9.6 million visitors and spectators, presenting more than 450 artworks by 365 artists from around the world.
