KSrelief participates in the European Humanitarian Forum in Brussels
The KSrelief participated in the exhibition accompanying the European Humanitarian Forum in the Belgian capital, Brussels.
Through its pavilion, the Center reviewed its humanitarian work, which benefited 90 countries worldwide.
Among the beneficiaries are the sectors of food security, health, protection, care, urgent relief, education, and others.
Yemen also benefited through the center from qualitative projects, including the “Masam” project to purify Yemeni lands.
The center extracted nearly 400,000 various mines from Yemeni territory.
The center also carried out a project to rehabilitate child soldiers and a center for artificial limbs in Yemen.
The qualitative project manufactures and provides prosthetic devices for amputees and holds various rehabilitation programs for those affected.
The Brussels pavilion also contained an interactive screen for showing films and a corner for publications and reports.
Many forum visitors visited the Saudi pavilion and were briefed on its various pillars.
Visitors expressed their admiration for the humanitarian work they saw.
They praised the outstanding Saudi efforts to serve humanitarian work around the world.
KSrelief is a Saudi center for international relief and humanitarian work.
It was established on May 16, 2015, under the directives of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
The center coordinates with international organizations and bodies to provide assistance to those in need.
The center implemented a number of humanitarian programs and initiatives with the aim of delivering relief aid to beneficiaries around the world.
More than 37 countries around the world have benefited from the humanitarian assistance provided by the center.
