
The King Fahd Causeway Authority won five awards in the 25th Saudi Customer Experience Awards competition, including two gold and three silver awards, at the Customer Experience World Forum organized by the Customer Experience Association. The event took place in Riyadh on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 12-13, of this year.

The two golden awards (first place) were for the categories of “Best Digital Transformation” and “Best Use of Technology,” while three silver awards (second place) were in the categories of “Best Customer Experience Strategy,” “Best Use of Deep and Actionable Feedback,” and “Best Customer Experience in the Transport Sector.”
The institution’s achievement of these awards is a result of adopting an ambitious vision to achieve its values of excellence in customer service, and utilizing the latest and best technologies to improve the customer journey across the King Fahd Causeway.
