Prominent leaders and experts in real estate and property technology are gathering in Riyadh for the second day of the Global PropTech Summit, taking place from October 27-28, 2024, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The Global PropTech Summit is organized by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) in strategic partnership with the National Housing Company and held under the patronage of the Saudi Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majed Al-Hogail.

More than 80 speakers from around the world are participating in the flagship event. On day one, they emphasized the importance of innovation in delivering value-added services that enhance the beneficiary’s satisfaction and fulfill their aspirations.
This includes deploying emerging technologies and AI applications to bolster the real estate sector, improve its regulatory ecosystem and unlock its investment potential.
Speakers also pointed to the significance of employing PropTech in achieving digital transformation, enhancing transparency and efficiency, and establishing the Saudi real estate sector as a global leader in real estate digital transformation. This, in turn, strengthens competitiveness in the PropTech fields and creates urban and sustainable residential communities.
PropTech Hub
During the summit’s first day, the CEO of REGA, Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, announced the launch of Saudi PropTech Hub to provide services to domestic and international stakeholders.
The new hub will provide services that aim to support stakeholders in the sector, strengthen efficiency, and serve as a primary channel for innovation in real estate technologies in Saudi Arabia.
Exploring Innovations
On day two, the Global PropTech Summit showcases the latest innovative technologies, products and services, in addition to the latest advancements in modern construction technology.
It also discusses the role of Virtual Reality (VR) technologies and AI in shaping the future of real estate and the automation of its operations and services, to boost the sector’s efficiency and maximize its contribution to the diversified economic revenues.
The Global PropTech Summit plays a key role in shaping the future of the real estate sector through fostering global cooperation, enhancing sustainable practices, and identifying innovative solutions.
