CODE Empowers 17,300 Beneficiaries to Advance the Digital Economy
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology’s Center of Digital Entrepreneurship (CODE) has announced its key achievements for 2024, showcasing remarkable strides in promoting digital innovation and empowering entrepreneurs across Saudi Arabia.
The report underscores CODE’s pivotal role in advancing Saudi Vision 2030 by spearheading initiatives and programs that have transformed the Kingdom’s digital entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Notably, the center has supported over 17,300 beneficiaries and more than 400 startups across diverse digital sectors. These efforts have generated 1,200 new job opportunities, demonstrating CODE’s significant impact on the economy.
In the realm of investment, CODE facilitated 50 funding rounds totaling SAR 162 million. It also spearheaded the development of over 300 innovative technical prototypes and business models. To amplify its reach, the center operated seven innovation labs across five regions and established both local and international partnerships, enabling entrepreneurs to access global investor networks and resources.
The report reaffirms CODE’s unwavering commitment to fostering innovation, empowering entrepreneurs, and driving the growth of the national digital economy.
