Value in Health Conference: 7 National Organizations Ally to Improve Health Care
The Value in Health Conference, which is held under the slogan “Now Accelerating the Transformation to Value Health in the Kingdom,” is the first result of an alliance made up of seven national organizations.
The Health Insurance Council is sponsoring the Value in Health Conference scheduled to be held during the period 11-12 December 2023 in Riyadh.
This alliance includes (the Ministry of Health, the Health Insurance Council, the Public Health Authority, the National Center for Health Insurance, the Saudi Health Council, the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and the Al-Hakimah Health Center).
Optimal guidance for investments
It aims to ensure the quality of the health system in the Kingdom, increase spending efficiency, contain costs, and optimal direction of investments.
The Value in Health Conference highlights the knowledge and skills necessary to transform the current health system into a better system.
Shift towards value wise health
It focuses on the appropriate methods, decisions and steps that stakeholders must take to accelerate the transformation towards value health.
The Value Health Conference includes more than 7 dialogue sessions and the participation of more than 21 international and local speakers.
The conference will further hold 5 specialized workshops in the field of value health in order to draw an effective road map for a complete health system.
The official spokesman for the Health Insurance Council and Executive Director of Empowerment and Supervision Nasser Al-Jehani stressed the importance of the Council’s sponsorship of the Wise Health Conference.
