54 Leading National Companies Participate in Big 5 Exhibition

54 leading national companies participate in the Big 5 Exhibition in Dubai as part of the Saudi Industry pavilion during the period from 4 to 7 December. This participation is organized by the Saudi Export Development Authority “Saudi Exports”. The exhibition is considered one of the largest exhibitions specialized in building and construction materials.

At the international level, it includes more than 2.2 thousand exhibitors from various countries of the world.

Saudi Exports Role

The participation of “Saudi Exports” as a sponsor in the exhibition – a platinum sponsor – comes as a continuation of its role in enhancing the brand image of the Kingdom’s exports, strengthening its position in global markets.

Moreover, its role includes enabling the Kingdom’s exports in export priority sectors in accordance with its strategy. This strategy  aims to achieve sustainable growth in the Kingdom’s non-oil exports in a way that directs purchasing power towards national products. This comes through participation in specialized international exhibitions.

These exhibitions serve as a meeting platform between an elite group of specialists and those interested in the sector. This provides an opportunity to connect exporters with potential buyers from various international markets.

Volume of Building Material Exports

It is noteworthy that exports of the building materials sector in KSA have achieved huge results over the past five years. It recorded a value of 103.17 billion Saudi riyals.

The UAE topped the list of exporting countries with a total value of 19.44 billion riyals during the same period. Then comes Kuwait with a total value of 8.79 billion riyals, followed by the United States of America with a total value of 7.99 billion riyals.
