SFDA wins LinkedIn Award for Best Learning Environment 2021

The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has achieved the “LinkedIn” award for the best learning environment in the classification of government and semi-government agencies and government-owned companies for the year 2021, due to the efforts made in learning, development, and upgrading the capabilities of the authority’s employees.

The award is intended to recognize organizations that have invested in their workers’ education by helping them gain necessary and useful skills. An awards ceremony will be held by LinkedIn to recognize the efforts of successful work teams in managing personnel who have had a positive effect in the current year.

According to the SFDA, the rate of activation and utilization through its account on the learning platform reached 78 percent in 2021, and the number of beneficiaries of this platform surpassed (1,116) users, with more than (5841) educational hours completed, in addition to the number of programs completed.

LinkedIn is the largest professional networking site and a means for individuals to expand their networks and find many jobs in their field, as well as to exchange knowledge and ideas by staying in touch with millions of users, and to enable development program participants to improve many skills such as time management, decision-making, and increasing workplace productivity.
