Saudia, the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, has secured a prestigious recognition as the World Class Airline 2026 by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX).
The national carrier has won this distinctive award for the fifth consecutive year during the APEX World Class™ global awards ceremony.
“Receiving the APEX World Class™ recognition for the fifth consecutive year, alongside being named Best in Class for Service–Guest Experience for the second year in a row, is a true testament to the dedication and professionalism of Saudia’s team members,” Rossen Dimitrov, Chief Guest Experience Officer at Saudia, said.
Significant Milestone
This significant milestone stands as a testament to the unprecedented success of the strategy adopted by Saudia, which focuses primarily on boosting the travel experience.
Notably, the strategy also seeks to elevate guest satisfaction and achieve the highest levels of operational safety across a wide network spanning over 100 destinations in four continents.

For the second consecutive year, Saudia also obtained “Best in Class for Service-Guest Experience,” for achieving the highest global score in the Service-Guest Experience category.
This unique accomplishment highlights the consistency of the company’s guest experience transformation.
Moreover, it spotlights the Saudi hospitality and generosity that are deeply rooted in the Kingdom’s authenticity.
