Saudia, the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, has made a remarkable achievement, clinching the “Best Cabin Crew in the World” award at the Business Traveler Awards 2025.
Held in London, the UK, the Business Traveler Awards 2025 crowned Saudia with the world-class award for the second time in a row, in a strong testament to the excellence of the Saudi national airline.
Saudia won the award last year in North America, reinforcing its prestigious status and leadership in the global aviation industry, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

On this occasion, the Chief Guest Experience Officer at Saudia, Rossen Dimitrov, emphasized that the award further underscores Saudia’s dedication to meeting passenger’s expectations by developing the travel experience and delivering an exceptional journey.
Moreover, he said that Saudia‘s recent passenger experience initiatives reflect its unwavering commitment to rigorous training, blending precision with genuine Saudi warmth, while aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy to boost tourism.
Saudia is committed to continuously elevating the passenger experience through innovation, training and service’s excellence. To this end, the airline is currently retrofitting its fleet with new cabins, modern amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, and upgraded entertainment systems.
It is also strengthening the concept of authentic Saudi hospitality to ensure a distinctive travel experience for domestic and international flights.
