Saudi Health Ministry: 147 new cases of corona appeared
The Saudi Health Ministry announced on Tuesday that it had recorded 147 new cases of Coronavirus, taking the number of infections in the country to 2,752.
The ministry announced on Monday night that it had recorded 82 new injuries, and earlier that day it also recorded 138 injuries in the Kingdom during the past 24 hours.
Recently, the Saudi Ministry of Interior announced a total curfew in the cities of Riyadh, Tabuk, Dammam, Dhahran, and Hofuf, as well as throughout the governorates of Jeddah, Taif, Qatif, and all Khobar, with continued entry to or exit from them, until further notice. She said that curfews in some cities are part of efforts to counter the emerging virus.
It also clarified that curfew does not include vital groups in the public and private sectors. She called on everyone to leave the house for adults, and in only necessary cases, in order to protect children from the causes of transmission, and that delivery services be used by smart device applications to request food and drug needs and other excluded goods and services and deliver them to homes.
It called on all to sense their individual responsibilities, to follow directions, and to adhere to isolation measures, in the public interest.
