Saudi Foreign Minister, Austrian Chancellor discuss joint files
Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah held on Monday talks he described as fruitful with Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz in Vienna.
During the talks, the two sides discussed the relations between the two friendly countries. They also discussed ways to develop cooperation in all fields, the keenness of the two friendly countries’ leadership to move forward the joint relations towards broader horizons, and the most prominent regional and international developments and events and issues of common interest.
On the other hand, Prince Faisal bin Farhan visited the Vienna Diplomatic Academy, where the Academy’s President, Dr Emil Brix, received him.
They held a panel discussion, during which they discussed Saudi Arabia’s relentless efforts to support coexistence, peace, and moderation through all diplomatic means to face common humanitarian challenges.
The Saudi Foreign Minister reviewed his country’s firm positions to bring security, stability and prosperity to the region and the world.
He emphasized the importance of Saudi Vision 2030 in promoting the notion of peace, cohabitation, and sustainable development, which will be reflected in the region’s and world’s peoples and expand investment opportunities and cooperation with other countries.
He pointed out Green Saudi Arabia and Green Middle East initiatives, which will chart the direction of Saudi Arabia and the region in protecting the land and nature and place it in a road map with clear and ambitious landmarks, and will contribute enormously to achieving global goals.
