Saudi Civil Affairs Agency Launches New Online Services via Absher
The Supervisor of the Saudi Ministry of Interior’s Agency of Civil Affairs, Major General Dr. Saleh bin Saad Al-Murabba, on Monday launched new online services on the Absher platform, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The new online services are provided in collaboration with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). They include requesting a family record (replacement of damaged or lost), issuing birth and death certificates for foster families. They also include the option of issuing a death certificate through the Absher smartphone application.
On this occasion, the Saudi Ministerial Agency of Civil Affairs noted that beneficiaries can learn more about the requirements and procedures of these new online services through their accounts on Absher platform or via Absher smartphone app.
Furthermore, the Agency said that the new online services align with its efforts to enhance electronic transactions to provide smart digital solutions that promote the quality and efficiency of the provided services.
The Absher platform is making continued efforts to deliver high-quality services for beneficiaries. During the Absher Forum 2024, new services were launched across all sectors of the Saudi Ministry of Interior. These services include 4 new online services for the General Directorate of Passports through the Absher platform.
