Saudi Aramco has been honored with the “High-Performance Company” award and designation from Willis Towers Watson, a leading global advisory firm specializing in people management. The award was accepted by Faisal Al-Hajji, Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
This recognition places Saudi Aramco among just 29 companies worldwide—out of Willis Towers Watson’s 500 global clients—that have been distinguished for exceptional excellence in employee experience. It also represents a historic milestone, as Saudi Aramco becomes the first major oil and gas company, and the first company from the Middle East, to earn this distinction.
Commenting on the achievement, Al-Hajji stated that the award reflects the company’s outstanding work environment and the dedication of its employees, whose commitment made this success possible. He also expressed pride in the accomplishment and emphasized that it marks the start of a continuous journey of improvement.
High-Performance Company
As Aramco celebrates this milestone, the company reaffirms that enhancing employee experience is an ongoing journey rather than a final goal. Finally, through initiatives like the “High-Performance Company” award and global insights programs, Saudi Aramco continues to demonstrate its commitment to creating one of the world’s leading workplaces and living environments.
