Hajj and Umrah Ministry declared that pilgrims arriving from outside Saudi Arabia will be allowed to stay in the Kingdom for 30 days.
According to the Ministry of Health’s regulations, the age range authorised to come for Umrah from outside is 18 years and higher, while those under the age of 18 would not be able to conduct Umrah.
The “Hajj and Umrah” stated that all foreign pilgrims travelling to the Kingdom on an Umrah visa must have two doses of immunisation.
It was explained that pilgrims arriving from abroad who are immunised with WHO approved doses of vaccines are subjected to institutional quarantine procedures for three days, after which a negative PCR laboratory test certificate is submitted and they are free to perform Umrah rituals.
The declaration coincides with a return to normalcy in terms of lowering precautionary measures, permitting full absorption capacity in the Two Holy Mosques, and removing physical separation.
