KSA starts to localize new jobs to provide 28,000 jobs for Saudis
KSA will begin implementing the Ministry of Human Resources’ decision on Wednesday, to localize specific jobs to offer 28,000 jobs for Saudis.
The decision includes the resettlement of educational jobs in private-public education facilities in private schools and international schools for boys and girls in the first stage.
The government gives stipulated a grace period from the date of issuing the decision and starting to implement it.
A package of incentives and support will be presented to support private sector establishments in employing Saudis.
this step aims to increase Emiratization rates in private schools in all disciplines, including mathematics, physics, biology, science, and computer.
International schools will increase Emiratization rates in Arabic language, national identity, Islamic studies, social studies, art education, and physical education, as a first step.
During the following three years, the decision aims to provide 28 thousand educational positions for the country’s sons and daughters in private and international education.
This decision is in keeping with the ministry’s goal to nationalize and provide chances for Saudi men and women to participate in the labor market, and boost GDP.
