The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) revealed that Saudi Airlines was one of the best air transport services and airports provider.
The Civil Aviation issued an index for the classification of air transport and airport service providers after the number of complaints submitted by travellers in June 2021. The authority clarified 295 complaints.
The index monitored that Saudi Airlines was the least airline company with complaints, with a rate of 7 complaints per 100,000 passengers, a response rate of 79%.
Flynas is the second company, with 15 complaints about every 100,000 passengers during the past month, a timely response rate of 89%.
Flyadeal became the third as it received 1) complaints per 100,000 travellers, with a 51% quick response rate.
The most common complaint types were refunding the value of tickets first, cancelling flights, refusing to board, and delaying flights.
