Arabian Dyar, MODON Forge Partnership to Build 90 Factories in Jeddah

In a significant move to bolster the Kingdom’s industrial sector, Arabian Dyar Real Estate Development Company signed a strategic partnership with the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) to develop ready-made factories in Jeddah. Consequently, this project marks a major expansion for Arabian Dyar within Saudi Arabia’s vital industrial and logistics landscapes.

Anis Alhabshi, Deputy CEO of Arabian Dyar, and Abdulilah Alhaddab, Deputy CEO for Finance and Business Development at MODON, signed the agreement at MODON’s headquarters in Riyadh with both CEOs, Eng. Majed Alargoubi of MODON and Naif Alatawi of Arabian Dyar, in attendance.

Driving Industrial Growth and SME Empowerment

The partnership will see the development of over 90 ready-made factories. These facilities will occupy more than 109,000 square meters within MODON’s Fourth Industrial Oasis in Jeddah. Furthermore, the project represents a substantial investment exceeding SAR 142 million ($38 million), which directly empowers entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It provides them with high-quality, ready-to-operate industrial infrastructure, a core objective of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 for economic diversification and job creation.

“This partnership with MODON is a significant step in expanding our role within Saudi Arabia’s industrial transformation,” Naif Alatawi, CEO of Arabian Dyar stated. “Our collaboration enables entrepreneurs and SMEs to accelerate their growth. They will contribute meaningfully to the Kingdom’s economic future.”

Building Platforms for Prosperity

Anis Alhabshi, Deputy CEO of Arabian Dyar, also commented on the project’s vision. “The ready-made factory model aligns perfectly with our vision of agile, future-ready development,” Alhabshi said. “We are combining MODON’s industrial leadership with Arabian Dyar’s development expertise. Ultimately, we are building not just factories, but powerful platforms for innovation and prosperity.”

This agreement effectively launches the second phase of Arabian Dyar’s nationwide “Masaneacom” (Your Factories) program, that specifically delivers sustainable and accessible industrial spaces. All new factories will fully comply with MODON’s rigorous technical standards, as they will also be eligible for financing through the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF).
