It also enables wholesale buyers of dates to grow their business by completing purchases with ease.

In the first phase of the platform’s work, it will focus in its dealings on marketing the dates of farmers from the UAE, and the process of listing dates on the platform begins with the current harvest season, which started last week.

There are plans to expand its activity to reach other markets in the later stages of the platform’s work.

How platform work?

The farmers list their dates through the Zad platform, which classifies these dates and gives those certificates of trust according to the reliable and recognized standards in the local and international markets.

Dates will be provided and the auction will be opened on EZD for buyers around the world for 48 hours.

 The platform allows buyers to search and filter lists of dates based on their preferences according to the type of dates, price, quantity, and quality required.

Buyers can receive the dates that they bought from one of EZAD warehouses.

They can also choose any of the value-added services provided by the platform, which include storage, packaging, loading, fumigation, washing, and delivery of dates to different parts of the world.
