SAMA Updates Credit Card Regulations to Boost Transparency, Consumer Protection

The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) has released updated regulations for the issuance and operation of credit cards, replacing previous rules. These new guidelines aim to improve disclosure and transparency, reduce costs for consumers, and strengthen financial awareness.
