Saudi Women on Motorcycles’ training for 1st time in KSA history
Saudi Arabia launched for the first time a program to train girls to drive motorcycles.
Al Sharq Driving School at Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University in Dammam trained girls to drive motorcycles.
Al-Ekhbariya channel showed a report from inside a school, where the number of women who benefited from the training reached 200.
Some of the beneficiaries of the program spoke to the Saudi Al-Ekhbariya channel, where they indicated their happiness to go through this experience
A trainee added that it is a sport that gives positive energy, while another girl pointed out that she had fulfilled her childhood dream.
The program includes 7 Saudi female trainers who hold an approved license and have been extensively trained
The program adheres to the highest traffic safety standards to subsequently obtain a motorcycle driver’s license.
