The Saudi Ministry of Health recorded 1,146 new cases of the emerging coronavirus (COVID-19), and the ministry said that 1,086 cases of recovery had been recorded.
The Ministry of Health confirmed the registration of 11 new deaths, bringing the total to 8,237 deaths.
Infections worldwide have exceeded 195 million since the outbreak of the pandemic.
