Riyadh will host the fourth edition of BIOFACH Saudi Arabia Exhibition for organic products tomorrow, November 10, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
Set to run until November 12, the event will bring together 53 exhibitors from nine countries around the world.
Sponsored by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, the exhibition will take place at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.
The three-day exhibition serves as a unique platform that combines knowledge, innovation and investment in the organic agriculture sector.
BIOFACH exhibition stands as one of the most prominent global events in the field of organic agriculture, bringing together an elite of pioneering brands from Saudi and international companies.
By offering a perfect environment for showcasing the latest innovations in organic products, the event also provides emerging and large companies with a unique opportunity to showcase their products on a large scale.
Remarkable Progress
Notably, Saudi Arabia’s organic agriculture sector has been achieving remarkable progress, driven by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture’s executive action plan for organic farming.
The growth rate has increased by 115% between 2018 and 2024 — rising from 45,630 tons to 98,250 tons.
Moreover, the total area dedicated to organic farming has risen to 29%, growing from 18,635 to 24,062 hectares.
The sector has also attracted an increasing number of farmers, with participation rising from 175 to 550 organic producers.
BIOFACH 2025
Interestingly, the 2025 edition of BIOFACH is anticipated to capture the attention of major investors, distributors, and suppliers.
Through practical workshops and informative discussions with local and international experts, BIOFACH encourages the attendees to adopt sustainable agricultural practices as well as exchange ideas on the latest developments and standards.
